GR8 Welfare Cricket Match 2006

The Indian Television Academy (ITA) & GR8 is organized a charity cricket match called the 'GR8! Welfare Cup' to support 'BETI' a movement started by them to create awareness against the killing of the female foetus.. with the participation of the entire television industry on Sunday 4th June, 2006 at Andheri Sports Complex. Playing were all the leading TV Stars including the commentators & the cheerleaders. Was attended by over 5000 cheering supporters.
